Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes. Delivery is free within France. For EU and non-EU countries, delivery costs are the responsibility of the
recipient, based on a percentage of the order value:
In the EU: 5%
Switzerland: 10% (excluding VAT)
Worldwide: 20% (excluding VAT)
For deliveries outside the EU, the final price will not include VAT. You may be required to pay local VAT (approximately 8.1% in Switzerland).
Is felt flammable ?
Felt is a material that is difficult to ignite (it does not produce a self-sustaining flame) but may change color if the light bulb is not suitable. We recommend LED FILAMENT bulbs, which rarely exceed 10 watts. Traditional filament and halogen bulbs are not suitable above 15 watts.
What is the production time for a woven product?
For woven products, the production time is 10 to 12 weeks depending on current orders. For lighting fixtures, if we have all the components in stock, the production time is 2 to 4 weeks. You can track the status of your order in your personal account. We ship orders upon receipt of payment.
I want to shop in-store, where can I go ?
We have distributors worldwide, and you can find the map here. However, if there is no distributor near you,
you can order directly from our website.
Are bulbs included with the lighting fixtures ?
Bulbs are not included with the lighting fixtures by default, but you can add them during the ordering process.
I would like to visit your workshop
Our Parisian workshop is open by appointment from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM. To make an appointment, contact us or call +33 1 42 05 80 08.
Can I exchange an item ?
You can exchange an item by contacting our customer service at paris@po-paris.com. Shipping and return shipping costs are your responsibility.

I am in the United States, can I use Po! Paris lamps ?
Yes. U.S. standards are different from EU standards, but E27 sockets and cables (2x0.75 M2) are compatible. However, we cannot supply the bulbs. Upon request, we can assemble the lamps with components that meet U.S. standards, using UL textile cable (black and white internal wiring instead of blue and red) and E26 sockets (instead of E27). A small surcharge per lamp will be applied.

Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes. Delivery costs are borne by the recipient and vary depending on the criteria of each carrier and the volume of the order. For this reason, a shipping quote will be provided within 48 business hours after your order is confirmed. On average, it represents between 5% and 10% of your purchase total for delivery in France, 10% for delivery within the EU, and between 15% and 25% for the USA and Asia.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item ?
If your product is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order (paris@po-paris.com). We handle damaged or defective items on a case-by-case basis, but it is essential to take photos of the damage immediately after unpacking the item. If the damage is visible on the packaging, it is imperative to note specific reservations on the delivery slip.
Will I receive exactly the same product as shown in the website photo ?
All our products are handmade, so each one is unique. The lighting fixtures are partially made in Albania (the felt) and partially in Paris (the structures and electrical components). You will receive a product similar to the photo, but there may be slight color differences due to screen color settings or the natural color of the raw wool.
The weavings available in stock are those displayed on the screen.
Pre-ordered woven items are made to order, and you can choose the background color, dimensions, and embroidery theme if available. The pattern and composition vary depending on the weaver’s choice. The shades of our wool are subject to variations due to the irregularity of the raw wool and the hand-dyeing process.
